Rest & Relief Magnesium Oil

Magnesium Oil is actually not oil at all. It is a mix of magnesium chloride flakes and water that creates a potent muscle relief solution that absorbs directly into the skin.

Magnesium is widely known to relieve muscle tension, aches, and help you obtain a deep level of relaxation.

I made this solution, and combined it with lavender essential oil for a calming, relaxing topical spray for anywhere you need a bit of relief.

It is particularly effective for sleep when you spray it on your feet.

This spray is one of my favorite ways to invite rest and relief after a long day of hiking, gardening, and being a mom.
